Best Car Buying experience.....my wife and I have a busy work schedule and a busy schedule with all our kids activities.   Saw a vehicle on Infiniti of Marin's website, Our salesperson Glen offered to drive the vehicle to us to test drive when my wife and kids were all home to see the car.  Glen took the sales experience to another level by taking all our information when he came to our house; then 48 hrs later, quick visit to the dealership to complete paperwork and drop off our trade-in vehicle we are now the owners of a brand new Infiniti QX60!!!!!   Thank you to Glen and his sales manager for service and wonderful sales experience.

Gold Stars and A+ for superior Customer Service. Delivered a client's car for oil change and was treated like royalty. Nicole was very smart, cordial and efficient. Returned for a Major Check Up and again, James was great! Shuttle Driver was late - gave a loaner - impressive.By far, the best Customer Service Car Dealership/Service I have encountered. Bravo!

Want to express our sincere Thank You to the service gentleman at Infinity San Rafael who fixed our door lock the other morning. My daughter, as I'm dashing out the door to drive her to school, fiddled with the locking mechanism, leaving her door unlatchable. Our hero quickly fixed the problem, no questions asked, and we were back on our way. Wonderful service! Thank you. So nice to be reminded there are still generous people out there.

Be aware, expect incessant robocalls once you provide your phone number. They will hound you incessantly wth robocalls until you opt out, which was a relatively easy process but something I shouldn't have had to do in the first place. The sales rep I dealt with was responsive and helpful.

So so thankful to everyone at Infiniti of Marin!!  After months of headaches and bad deals, I came across Infiniti of Marin, and finally drove away with a car I love and that warm and fuzzy feeling you get when you know you made the right choice.  From the beginning to the end I felt a really good vibe, I ended up closing the deal with the finance guy (Kev Lee) what a guy, he was the icing on the cake, he was super detailed and took his time to explain why I should buy the extra products that I actually thought I could live without but he showed me the value I  would be getting with the warranty and maintenance plan and I was sold, my car is my new baby and It needs to be taken care of, I definitely made the right choice, and once again so thankful to the team for working out a great deal for me. I would definitely recommend Infiniti of Marin to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had - Kevin in finance and Harry and Sandra in sales were awesome!  Got exactly the price promised, which was nearly $3000 less than what my local dealer offered, and they worked very hard to get me great financing terms.  I would recommend this dealership!!

Bought a car there with all the extras they said the car come with, than after one week XM stop to work and they didn't do anything about it after I brought the case to the sales person and the manager by that time. Ok, that's not all, after 6 months instead 1 year Free trial service they stop that too.Bought 3 cara there, the first experience was Great, second one was good and the third was the worst.For sure I won't come back there anymore and don't recommend anyone. Pay attention if you want to take the risks to do business with these guys.

I wanted to sell my Mercedes so I put it up on Craigslist.  I was contacted by a few people and dealerships that were not giving me the price I wanted, by then I was contacted by Ritsa from Infiniti Marin.  She made things super easy and the transaction went smooth.  She was professional,and didn't make me feel pressured to sell my vehicle to her, or even try to push me to buy a car from her lot. The experience was amazing she was extremely pleasant to deal with. It is very obvious to me she cares about her customers.She also checked car faxes for me for cars that I was interested in buying.  Something she didn't have to do, but was nice enough to do it.Thank you Ritsa because of you I recommended your dealership to my family and all my friends.

Four+ years now, still love my 2010 FX35.  I think that model is now confusingly renamed as a QX70.  I need to know this detail because if some jackass (I'm talking about you there, on your phone, weaving down 101 in your deRanged Rover) wrecks my car, then I would want to replace my FX35 with another one. Infiniti Marin just diagnosed an engine (oil pressure) problem which could have been very costly to me. They scheduled an immediate repair to take care of the issue before my power train warranty expires.  So, -2 points for needing the fix, but +10 points for identifying the actual source of the problem from an isolated trouble code, and finding a resolution without saddling me with a big repair bill.  Excellent easy access to Service, great loaner cars if I need one, staff takes great care of me.

I can't vouch for this dealer's repair service, because I HAVEN'T NEEDED ANY REPAIRS.  Two very minor quibbles, the car doesn't have daytime running lights (it should), and doesn't have an electric open/close for the huge heavy hatchback door.  My wife struggles to reach up way over her head and wrestle that door back down and closed. No stars for Poor business acumen, poor treatment of customer, and fraudulent activities.   After spending hours at this dealership, having them pull my credit report and my co-signer, THEY SOLD THE CAR FROM UNDER ME!!  DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.  I asked the speak to the General Manager, and he never called me back.  NO APOLOGIES.  NOTHING.Here's the full story:I found a used Toyota Matrix AWD for sale on Edmunds.  I indicated I was interested in the car. The dealership (Infiniti Marin) has coaxed me for weeks to come in.  So, finally, I came in and test drove the car on Tuesday.  The car was a good fit; it was what I was looking for (all wheel drive for snow), and I felt it fit my budget.  So, after dealing with financing, and pulling my credit report of me and my co-signer, a deal was negotiated.  This entire sales took a few hours.  Finally, we agreed that I will pick it up on Sunday later since my co-signer was out of town.  We shook hands, salesman placed a "SOLD" sign ON THE FRONT WINDOW of the car, I took some pictures, and he drove it to the back for storage.Lo and behold, the same salesman calls me on Saturday (one day prior to me picking up the car) and asks me if I still want that car.  Of course, I told him.  About 10 minutes later, another salesman at Infiniti (Scott?) leaves me a very brief voicemail saying the car had been sold and I'd have to get a new one.  WTF??  You can't even wait to tell me in person or wait for me to call back!First salesman's explanation was that another customer came to the dealership asking for the advertised car, and Second salesman (who KNOWINGLY was aware that the car was already SOLD) went ahead and sold it to that customer!!  This said quite a bit to me about Infiniti Marin's way of dealing business.So, here I am out of a car.  The first salesman was quite aware that I was moving to the northeast that has bad winters, in two weeks.  I came in Tuesday, and found out on Saturday that the car had been sold.  If they were not planning to sell me the car, I could have had more time to look between Tuesday and Saturday.First salesman did come back with another used car, but it was not a Toyota brand plus additional monthly cost to our agreed-upon monthly payment.I eventually purchased another car from another dealership, and I explained to them what was done to me at Infiniti Marin.  All the guys there couldn't believe this happened.I asked to speak with the General Manager of Inifiniti Marin.  I left a message with some girl.  Her name started with an "L".  She promised me he'll get back to me.  And he never called me back.  NO apologies.  NOTHING.

I went in to Infiniti Marin yesterday to test drive a Qx60 and was helped by Noe Hernandez. Noe was great. He took the time to get an understanding of my auto needs. He was generous with his time and his wealth of knowledge. He took me on two test drives, understanding that you have to drive a car in different conditions to know if it's the right fit for your needs. He wasn't at all pushy and allowed me to gather the information I needed to make the right decision for myself rather than being pushed in one direction or another. Car dealerships have notorious reputations. Infiniti Marin breaks all preconceived notions, in the best ways possible. Want honest salespeople? Come here. Want no hassle reasonable pricing for a car? Come here. Want them to treat you with respect regardless of your gender? (Note to Car Dealers: This one's a big one for women.) Come here. Want a ride to pick up a car? This is a nice perk and worth the trip to Marin. (Ok Marin is nice anyway, but here's another reason why.)Kudos to Chris Thomas for his efforts, Mark Heer for jokes and Michelle for the ride. Matt Shone is the general manager. He sets the tone for this place. WOW, Matt, you rock. Couldn't recommend a dealership more.

Just bought a car from Infiniti Marin.  Sandra in sales was quite knowledgeable and very straight forward.  She is part of why the buying experience was so pleasant. My husband has been looking around for a used Infiniti G35 or G37 stating its for me to get to work and home (yeah right  ). He came across one online in Marin and we decided to check it out and called to make sure that it was available. He spoke to Armeen who was very nice and helpful he told us that it was still there. Once we arrived we were just looking around and spotted the car and a salesperson came out and we asked to test drive. Armeen then walks out with the key and we went for a ride he was very knowledgeable about the car.  It's a used car but it was kept clean and looking new inside out. We decided that we wanted to purchase the car and told Armeen what we wanted. I had my mind set on how much I would be willing to pay and if they could not do it then I really didn't need the car. Armeen was very helpful and although it took some work we finally got a deal that we were happy with. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an Infinity or Nissan to go to Marin and look for Armeen. They even threw in gas for our other car and a repolish for the rims on the infinity. We were definitely happy . Service was also very good when my husband brought it in for the rims almost 2 weeks later. He was helped by Amanda at Service who was really nice and gave him a loner car so he wouldn't be stuck there because it would take more then 4 hours  and  we live about an hour away. Once our car was done we went back and the rims look good as new. Wow impressed. Armeen came out to talk to us and also to make sure everything was good. Thank you again for the great service.

Still pissed off at this dealership for selling me a pre-owned Infiniti G coupe a coupe years ago that had prior accident damage. Carfax was clean and didn't find out until I had to use my extended warranty. When I came back to the dealership to expose them of their deceitful sales tactics, I spoke to the general manager and his  response was "go complain to BBB" along with a d-bag smile. Beware if you are planning on buying your next car here!!!
