I absolutely love Ryan and Jenna's class!! It's a great balance of cardio and body weight exercises - and every class is different! Ryan and Jenna are great instructors too - they make sure each class is challenging, interesting and they always provide variations to each exercise which I love (harder and easier). Not going to lie, I sometimes have a hard time pushing myself to the limit when I'm at the gym, so adding this class to my regimen has been so awesome! Not to mention, their classes are in some of the most scenic locations in SF - always a great excuse to get outside and be active. I would recommend this class to people at all levels, Ryan and Jenna are always so positive and fun! Great way to start 2016 off right!

Love love love Ryan and Jenna's class. Tried it the first time through classpass on Wednesday last week. Class starts at 6:30 pm and lasts an hour. Ryan and Jenna are fun and the class is a great and unique way of getting outdoors and working out with other folks. The class uses a combination of drills and stairs. It starts out with some basic drills like high knees , side jumps , jacks, then some stairs , then some core work , some more stairs. At the end of the 60 minutes you'll be tired and your legs will be screaming !

I don't even know where to begin. I started my fitness journey a bit late in life, say around 22. Up until that point, I never took exercise particularly seriously. I did what most people do. I joined a gym, read some content online around lifting weights and breaking it up by day and then got really bored. I was always interested in continuing my journey, but didn't have the cash to hire a personal trainer. Then project drop happened. Essentially Ryan and Jenna have put together a program that introduces you to completely new ways to get exercise in whatever environment you are in. They bring some core concepts from the best in breed programs and make it digestible, approachable and fun. On the days where there is no PD, I find myself picking up core concepts from the workouts and incorporating them into my daily routine. Instead of going to the gym, I find myself outdoors a lot. (+1000)What's incredible is that while the workouts are fun and feel like you're playing games with friends, they are actually serious activity. I've never left a single PD not feeling completely sore. All the activity is designed to make you work at 110%. The concept of pushing yourself beyond what you think you do all while having a ton of fun is what PD is all about. If you're on the fence, give it a try. The whole group is always so welcoming in and it will probably change your life.

Project Drop is such a fun way to get a great workout!  Every class is completely different from the last one.  You will definitely get your heart rate up for a solid amount of time, sweat a ton and have fun doing it!  They have a couple different locations and they all include a great view of the city.  They provide instruction throughout the class to make sure everyone is doing the proper form for the different movements and to ensure you are getting the most out of the workout.  Jenna and Ryan are very knowledge.  They fixed the way I had been doing box jumps...I've been doing them wrong even through years of CrossFit training.  If you're looking for a solid hour workout in a great location in SF, try a class!  You won't be upset that you did!

I'll admit it; I dislike working out. My gym visits routinely consist of struggling to find an abandoned treadmill, hopping on for 30 minutes while frantically skipping through music tracks on my iPhone in order to distract me from what I'm actually doing (brutally boring cardio). Then, realizing the effort is futile, I crawl over to the weights, and squeeze between two beefy bros dripping with 5-hr energy sweat and grunting like a cross between a badger and an orc from World of Warcraft. I find the nearest 15lb weights (tryna get jacked, ya know?) and count the reps while I imagine myself in a place happier (actually anywhere) than where I am in the moment: riding a unicorn to Bob's donuts, onstage with Paul McCartney at Outside Lands, or even on a packed muni bus traveling down O'Farrell during rush hour on a rainy day where everyone has chicken pox... because this gym experience is awful. Thinking I must have done 7 million bicep reps I look up at the clock and realize 4 minutes and 27 seconds has gone by. The pain is too real, I give up, take off my soaked sweatband, and like a desperate housewife I skip to the nearest juice shop to reward myself for a job well done (I'm on a cleanse).This all changed when I started going to Project Drop. Where I originally struggled with motivation and results, Jenna and Ryan have somehow empowered me to discover the fun in working out through their incredibly encouraging and uplifting coaching. Their workout selections are always creative and dynamic. I often find myself forgetting the pain of what I'm actually doing and genuinely enjoying the scenery and company. That said, the workouts are hard but very rewarding. I would consider myself of average athletic ability but somehow Jenna and Ryan are able to tailor the experience to all levels. Everyone at their classes claims they were able to push themselves harder than they normally do while, of course, being safe the entire time. I love meeting new people and I feel holistically healthier after attending a Project Drop session.Based on Jenna and Ryan's ability to motivate, keep up the energy, gradually increase intensity, and make the entire experience fun, I highly recommend joining their PD sessions. They are really amazing coaches and I'm so glad my health and fitness has been saved by finding them. Gone are the days of lazy and painful gym workouts, Project Drop just got a new member for life!

Project Drop is one of the best things that has ever happened to me!!! I absolutely hated working out until I came to one of PD's classes. Ryan and Jenna are super motivating and the work outs are really fun and challenging. They give you a combination of individual and partner exercises that not only make you sweat it out, feel 10x stronger, and push yourself, but they provide upbeat music and a fun team environment that you leave wanting more. After attending classes on and off for about 6 months, I am addicted to their work outs and find myself craving more classes with them. I can't wait to go back and see what creative moves they will come up with next. Thanks PD for making me healthy and feeling strong!

Project Drop has become a highlight of my week. Each class that Jenna and Ryan put together is challenging, yet not intimidating. They are great at making the class fun and social - mixing in individual and partner work and some friendly competition. They are motivating leaders and helpful when anyone has questions (which is usually me). I always leave class feeling like I pushed myself and proud each time I come back as I can see that it's making me stronger! Added bonus - their classes are held outside in beautiful locations in the city!

Project Drop rocks!! Ryan and Jenna are amazing instructors-always super uplifting and challenge you to do your best.  Classes are always a perfect mix of hard work and fun! Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a good sweat on with wonderful ppl in beautiful SF settings!

Project Drop is the most rewarding group fitness/ boot camps I've participated in here in San Francisco. I'm a 24 Hour membership holder, but honestly get 10x the workout with Project Drop sessions than I do all week on my own at the gym. It's a great way to mixup my routine and keep my mind/body engaged. Jenna and Ryan, first of all, are the fittest instructors I've ever come across and really encourage me give it my all. They're approachable, fun and motivating, making each session unique, fast paced and enjoyable for participants of all fitness levels. I'm definitely a lower level participant (lets just say I've been out of the game for awhile), but not once did I feel discouraged or embarrassed at Project Drop...I even managed to conquer the Lyon Street Steps! I highly recommend these classes, especially since they mix up the location every week. You'll go from beautiful views of the Bay to neighborhoody comforts in Fort Mason, meeting really cool locals along the way. Apparently they're mixing in some exercise equipment like bands and weights in the next classes, so working out outside with fantastic instructors and classmates just got that much more fun. Kudos to this great company- Definitely recommend to SF locals!

When I "exercise" I typically go for a mellow jog (walk). Enter Project Drop. I've found that group fitness is the best way to really get me moving. Jenna and Ryan are athletic Barbie and Ken, but don't let that intimidate you. Their workouts are accessible for any level of fitness (they provide harder and easier modifications), effective (I hurt sooo good after every class), and fun (good humans attract good humans and the best humans come to PD). I hiiiighly recommend getting Dropped.

Project Drop is the real deal! I am no super-athlete, but I value a high quality workout that will actually make me sweat and more importantly, make me stronger. Ryan and Jenna are fun, high energy, motivational trainers that both challenge and support me to get the best workout possible. The workouts are fast-paced, balanced, with a healthy combo of individual, partner, and team exercises. We did everything from wheelbarrows to frog jumps to hardcore... core work (no pun intended).My body was all sorts of sore the next day, but I felt stronger and like I really got the most out of my time there. Also just as important is the culture of the class - everybody is extremely positive, social, and motivating. There's no judgment no matter what level you're at, and you'll feel pretty accomplished when you're done. Jenna and Ryan pick the best spots for classes - I had the Golden Gate Bridge in front of me as I frog jumped myself to the finish line. Awesome class, and I'll be going back for more!

Project Drop absolutely CRUSHES it!!! As a former D1 athlete in college, I can attest to the grueling-yet-rewarding circuits that Jenna and Ryan put you through. Great vibes are given off by the leaders and every member motivates and pushes each other to complete the exercises. Absolutely ZERO judging at this class which is hard to come by these days; only constructive criticism and genuinely positive advice from the trainers.I look forward to a different workout each week located at some of the most breath-taking vistas SF has to offer. I would also recommend this class to anyone on the athletic spectrum-- beginners, experts and everyone in between. A+ in my book.

These guys are great. No matter what skill level you are you can get a great workout. I think everyone in SF should give Project Drop a try.

If you want two very enthusiastic, fun loving and passionate people to push you and show you new workouts, Project Drop is for you!!! I highly recommend and enjoy working out with Project Drop. Ryan, Jenna, and the community they have built are fantastic. I'm a pretty athletic guy, but even with a few Drop sessions, I can see results. Thanks guys!FYI - dogs are welcomed too!

Project Drop crushes it!  I keep my sinew pretty tight, but Jenna and Ryan never cease to push my limits and challenge me.  I always feel like I get an incredible workout.  Classes are structured, yet very casual and fun, and encourage team work.  I feel super comfortable taking them.  It's like the anti-soul cycle - in a good way.While the classes are challenging, they will tailor to different ability levels - they even provided alternates for me while I was working through some nagging injuries.Keep up the good work PD!

This is great weekly workout. It's fun, Ryan and Jenna are awesome at motivating you throughout the workout, and it's a good workout for any level person/athlete. The best part of each boot camp is the variety in exercises - you're never doing the same thing as the week before and, as a result, don't get bored with the workouts.

I had never done a boot camp type workout before, but am in good shape. I went to 1 session and felt like I got a 3x better workout than my normal gym routine. I have been to 4 or 5 PD sessions now and really appreciate that each session works different muscles and varies the cardio. You will get your ass kicked, but most of the exercises have different variations or intensity levels for each ability level. I will for sure go back.

This is the best workout in San Francisco!  Ryan and Jenna are constantly switching things up to keep it fun and effective.  There is a large range of fitness levels so I am always motivated to push myself just a little bit harder.I love the partner and team activities we do, I'm always meeting a new friend and catching up with an old one.  I really struggle with going to the gym but look forward to Project Drop each week!
